How to use?

Sublingually. Place the drops directly under the tongue.
Gently squeeze and release the rubber tip of the dropper to fill it. Place the dropper under your tongue and gently press again to release the droplets. Hold the drops under the tongue for 45-60 seconds before swallowing.

Recommended Dosage

The recommended dosage is 1 to 3 drops a day, preferably on an empty stomach. Add CBD oil to your daily regime, use it once or twice daily. It takes time for your body to get accustomed to your body. Hence, you should begin with a small dosage and then gradually increase it.
